Graduate Engineer We are seeking a Graduate Engineer to join our Houston, TX team! Kickstart your career with us and gain hands‑on experience, mentorship and professional development within a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
Job Responsibilities
Assist Professional Engineers (P.E.s) and EITs with the development of engineering plans, specifications, and reports.
Perform basic design calculations and prepare design documents under supervision.
Draft and edit plans using AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.
Conduct quantity take‑offs and assist with cost estimation.
Support permitting processes and preparation of record drawings.
Participate in site visits and field investigations.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand project workflows and deliverables.
Stay current with applicable design standards and agency requirements.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (ABET accredited).
Strong interest in infrastructure and transportation projects.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or MicroStation is a plus.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow within a professional engineering environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
