Responsibilities
Level 3 Network Engineer should have extensive knowledge in supporting Media Broadcast environment utilizing PTP, Multicast, Encoders/Decoders, Evertz NAT Card and SMPTE 2110.
Serve as escalation lead for NetOps on incident response efforts for network outages and disruptions.
Develop internal KB and documentation for NetOps.
Train and mentor NetOps engineers on supporting the broadcast environment heavily utilizing PTP and Multicast. This lead will organize knowledge‑sharing sessions to promote understanding of the broadcast environment within NetOps.
Work closely with Network Architecture and Engineering on project handoff to NetOps.
