Conduct assessments and provide therapy to students with speech and language disorders Develop and implement treatment plans to address students' individual needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote students\' academic and social success Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations Requirements
Master\'s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology Experience in school-based setting preferred but not required PA SLP Education license preferred W2 Speech Language Pathologist Benefits
