About the Role As part of a collaborative Client Solutions Group, you'll work cross-functionally with senior advisors to deliver white-glove service. You'll oversee day-to-day financial administration, including reporting, cash flow, bill pay, and entity management for individuals, trusts, and related structures. This role requires leadership, precision, and a proactive mindset to anticipate and meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Execute financial administration tasks including accounting, bill pay, and reporting
Prepare and monitor detailed cash flow statements
Manage family entity accounting and reconciliations
Oversee bill payment and transaction classification
Create financial reports and cash tracking for clients
Support property acquisitions and financing oversight
Collaborate with internal advisors and external professionals
Identify financial issues and lead process improvements
Drive complex client projects to completion
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CFP, or CFA preferred
10+ years of experience in family office, private wealth, or related financial services
Proven leadership in high-touch client engagements
Strong technical knowledge in accounting and financial systems
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
Experience working with legal, tax, and investment advisors
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
Commitment to continuous learning and proactive problem-solving
