Job Summary And Responsibilities Responsible for direct and indirect delivery of patient care for a wide variety of patient populations through the use of the nursing process and maintenance of the standards of professional nursing practice. The Registered Nurse promotes compliance and supports policies and achieves trust in professional collegial relationships. Applies Dignity Health Core Values to the performance of every job duty. This position is represented by CNA and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
Job Requirements Minimum Requirements
Six (6) months of current medical/surgical nursing in an acute care setting or specialty area experience.
New graduates will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
California Registered Nurse license (RG RN).
Current AHA CPR certification (CT CPRBLS).
Current AHA ACLS certification (CT ACLS).
Preferred Requirements
Certified Rehabilitation RN.
Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements.

Arroyo Grande Community Hospital is a part of Dignity Health’s Southern California Division and is a member of CommonSpirit Health, the largest not-for-profit health care system in the nation.
Pay Range $48.43 - $72.26 per hour.
