Support HR policy updates, compliance, and employee handbook reviews in line with US employment law.
Collaborate with global People & Culture colleagues to ensure US practices are aligned but locally relevant.
Play an active role in wider People & Culture projects, gaining exposure to global initiatives in AI‑enabled HR, analytics, and organisational change.
