Your role at Clorox : The Clorox Atlanta Main Plant in Forest Park is a flagship manufacturing facility dedicated to producing a wide range of household cleaning and disinfecting products, including Clorox liquid bleach, disinfecting wipes, and liquid cleaners. As one of our largest and most advanced operations, the plant is committed to safety, quality, and efficiency while delivering products that millions of people trust to protect their homes and families. Join our dynamic team as a Facilities Engineer & Security Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our campus operates safely and efficiently today while planning for its future growth and success. You will lead with World Class Operations principles, working collaboratively in a team-based environment, demonstrating strong leadership skills while possessing initiative to support / deliver good, sustainable growth & results for the site, business, & associates. In this role, you will : Oversee campus infrastructure, including buildings, grounds, utility systems, and space planning, focusing on safety, quality, and environmental stewardship. Adherence to corporate standards and government regulations, while serving as a liaison with city, county, and state agencies for permitting and compliance documentation. Lead and support capital and non-capital projects for renovation, refurbishment, and expansion of campus facilities. Manage site security systems, processes, and resources to ensure a safe and secure environment. Oversee and manage the overall facility maintenance budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Lead and manage building and grounds programs, including annual audits and contracted services. Technical support to plant maintenance and operations teams to enhance facility performance. Relationships with external contractors and vendors to ensure service levels and contract compliance. Guide and mentor facility maintenance teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Occasionally travel for business needs related to project oversight, compliance, or operational support. Onsite Workplace type: Onsite Bachelor's Degree, College Diploma, or Equivalent in Engineering. 6+ years of engineering experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and engineering standards. 5+ years of experience, with specialized knowledge in utilities systems. People management experience is required. Proven experience in managing safety protocols and security systems within a plant setting, ensuring compliance with industry standards, minimizing risks, and fostering a culture of safety and security for all personnel and assets. Experience with WCO, WCM, TPM, Lean Manufacturing processes, and understanding of continuous improvement methodologies. In-depth knowledge of civil, structural, architectural, fire protection, utilities, and HVAC systems. Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong ability to align technical decisions with business objectives to achieve quality results. High level of initiative and the ability to drive results while maintaining a focus on goals. Experience and discipline in managing change initiatives within a dynamic environment.
