Renewable Energy Finance Consultant | Solar Specialist at Piper Maddox, New York City Piper Maddox is partnered with a fast‑growing renewable energy developer. This role is critical in supporting project financings and tax equity transactions. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams in a collaborative, supportive office culture.

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing team during a busy financing season.

Responsibilities

Support financing transactions (tax equity, debt, M&A)

Manage diligence and coordinate with lenders, legal, and project teams

Contribute to structuring and execution of renewable energy financings

Requirements

1–3 years of finance experience (renewables or infrastructure)

Solar project or tax equity experience, financial modeling

Experience supporting transactions and due diligence

Strong collaboration and communication skills
