Conduct urological examinations and assessments. Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with urological conditions. Perform urological surgeries as needed. Prescribe medications and monitor patient progress. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Document patient information accurately and timely. Stay updated on the latest advancements in the field of Urology. Provide guidance and support to medical staff and colleagues. Requirements
Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. Board certification in Urology. Valid state medical license. Proven experience working in Urology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure. Strong problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in patient care. Schedule: Weekend call (Thursday 5p-Monday 4p), 1 weekend per month Daily Volume: 10+ consults Weekend Volume: 18-36 patients to round on, some procedures Basic urological procedures required Must be comfortable working independently EMR: Epic Must be board-certified or board-eligible Paid travel & expenses
