We are currently seeking a skilled Locum MD (Medical Doctor) or DO (Osteopathic Doctor) specializing in Urology In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing temporary medical services to our clients in Medford. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the well‑being of patients and the success of various healthcare projects. Responsibilities
Conduct urological examinations, diagnoses, and treatments for patients.
Perform surgical procedures related to urology as needed.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to‑date medical records for all patients.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding urological conditions and treatments.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and treatment plans.
Adhere to all relevant medical protocols, regulations, and ethical standards.
Stay current with advancements in the field of urology through continuous learning and professional development.
Requirements
Medical degree (MD or DO) with specialization in Urology.
Valid state medical license to practice as a Urologist.
Proven experience working as a Urology specialist in a clinical setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in patient diagnosis and treatment.
Capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8-hour shifts
Call Requirement: Friday-Sunday, 1 weekend per month

EMR: Epic
Must be board-certified
Paid travel & expenses
