Position Overview
Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the recruitment process coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates hiring managers and interview panels.
Manage candidate communication and follow‑ups throughout the recruitment process.
Assist in posting job openings on various job boards social media and internal platforms.
Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate documentation.
Prepare and distribute recruitment materials including offer letters interview guides and onboarding documentation.
Support recruitment events and initiatives such as job fairs and campus recruiting.
Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to streamline recruitment workflows and improve candidate experience.
Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment such as background checks reference verification and compliance documentation.
Report on recruitment metrics and provide insights to the Talent Acquisition team.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
5 years of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition or HR support role.
Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Proactive attitude with problem‑solving capabilities.
Knowledge of automotive industry or IT sector is an advantage but not required.
