Corporate Paralegal (In-House) (North Dallas) This high‑profile company is seeking a

Corporate Paralegal

to support the General Counsel in the North Dallas office. The role requires broad support across the company and its subsidiaries, covering corporate governance, contracts, transactions, employment, intellectual property, litigation and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Corporate Governance

– assist with the processing of service of process, entity creation, annual maintenance, Secretary of State filings, bylaws, minutes, resolutions, stock certificates and business licenses.

Contracts / Transactions

– review, revise and organize a range of agreements, including NDAs, supply agreements, public works agreements, independent contractor agreements, procurement, IT related agreements, real‑property leases and purchases, and other general business agreements.

Employment

– support employment and labor issues, from handbook policies and training to EEO matters and litigation.

Intellectual Property

– assist with internal and external IP processes for trademarks from registration and renewal to enforcement.

Litigation

– organize and coordinate with external counsel, collect documents and information internally, and coordinate with insurance.

Regulatory / Compliance

– research and understand regulatory and compliance matters involved in day‑to‑day operations – HSE, OSHA, HIPAA, etc.

Administrative

– coordinate internally with company team members, insurance carriers, bond sureties and external counsel; develop policies, procedures and training materials.

Qualifications

Professional communication with outside counsel and internal personnel, including leadership and executives at multiple levels.

Proven ability to handle confidential and privileged information with poise, tact, and diplomacy.

Critical thinking and clear, concise writing skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Highly organized, able to multi‑task and work independently.

Comfortable engaging in direct discussions and collaborating with others.

Detail‑oriented and able to complete tasks timely without relying on others.

Capable of handling job‑related stress and managing multiple tasks.

Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of organizational tools such as Microsoft Lists or similar project‑management programs is a plus.

Desire to build relationships.
