About The Opportunity Questpro has partnered with a rapidly expanding national organization in the Workers’ Compensation and Liability Claims Vendor Solutions space seeking a Vice President of Marketing to join its C‑Suite leadership team.
This is a strategic and hands‑on executive role responsible for building brand awareness, driving demand generation, and guiding the overall marketing direction across managed care, IME/QME, and related claims solutions.
The ideal leader brings 4+ years of experience managing and growing a marketing or sales team within the Workers’ Compensation, Managed Care, or Insurance Services vertical — someone who blends strategic vision with operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing team responsible for digital, content, brand, and communications strategy.
Partner with Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership to develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies that align with growth and profitability goals.
Oversee all aspects of branding, public relations, and event marketing to enhance market visibility and reputation.
Utilize data and analytics to evaluate campaign performance, optimize ROI, and refine messaging.
Manage marketing technology, automation tools, and CRM systems to drive lead generation and client engagement.
Oversee marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and cross‑functional initiatives to ensure scalability and efficiency.
Represent marketing at the executive leadership table, contributing to long‑term organizational strategy.
Qualifications
4+ years of leadership experience managing a marketing or sales function in the Workers’ Comp, Managed Care, or Claims Services space Vendor / TPA Arena.
Proven success designing and executing B2B growth and brand strategies in a professional or regulated industry.
Strong grasp of digital marketing, content strategy, and analytics.
Skilled communicator able to influence cross‑functionally and present at the executive level.
Experience balancing strategic direction with hands‑on execution in growth or transformation environments.
