Ventus Solutions is seeking a skilled Logistics and Sustainment Lead to support an innovative program. The ideal candidate will focus on developing and executing lifecycle logistics strategies for the Navy’s undersea weapons portfolio. The candidate’s responsibilities will include provisioning, sparing, configuration control, and integrating new technologies into existing sustainment frameworks. You will coordinate across Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), configuration management, and Fleet support teams to ensure availability and readiness of weapon systems. Maintaining logistics documentation, technical data packages, and supply chain planning in coordination with NAVSEA and NUWC is a key part of this role. Additionally, the candidate will analyze sustainment processes and provide recommendations to improve readiness as new systems are introduced. Travel:

Required Experience:

12–20 years of relevant experience in Navy logistics, ILS, or lifecycle support.

Strong understanding of Navy supply chains, maintenance systems, and configuration management.

Proven ability to work autonomously and identify/logically execute critical sustainment tasks.

Strong communication and coordination skills with technical, acquisition, and Fleet teams.

Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.

Active Secret Clearance.

Desired Experience:

Experience with NAVSEA, PEO UWS, or NUWC logistics or lifecycle programs.

Background in fielding new technology or integrating systems into existing logistics pipelines.

Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes and Fleet sustainment operations.

Ability to develop and maintain comprehensive technical data packages and sustainment documentation.

Master’s degree.

Active Top Secret Clearance.
