FutureCare Associates, Inc. is seeking a Director of Environmental Services to provide leadership and deliver a high level of resident satisfaction utilizing optimum housekeeping and laundry standards.

Responsibilities
Manage multiple facility functions
Hire, train, and evaluate Environmental Services staff
Schedule housekeeping and laundry requirements
Assist in developing budgets
Monitor attendance and lateness
Participate in daily department head meetings, orientations, and education workshops/programs
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent with additional education in business or technical areas
2+ years of experience in Environmental Services
Property management or project management experience
Ability to forecast and schedule complex tasks
Healthcare experience strongly preferred
Salary Disclosure Statement The salary mentioned above reflects the potential base pay range for this role. Bonuses or other incentives (if applicable) are offered separately and paid pursuant to the relevant program schedule.
