Position Overview The Investor Relations Help Desk Associate will play a key role in providing high-touch support to our investor base and internal teams during active equity raises. This individual will be responsible for timely communication, accurate documentation, and seamless coordination between investors, leadership, and internal departments to ensure an exceptional investor experience.

Key Responsibilities
Acknowledge all investor inquiries within 24 hours, and provide a resolution or update within 48 hours
Assist with the facilitation and administration of active equity raises, ensuring all materials and processes are executed accurately and on schedule
Manage investor portal updates, ensuring data integrity and timely posting of offering materials and reports
Coordinate subscription documents and PPM execution, ensuring 100% completion and accuracy prior to closing deadlines
Provide daily capital commitment recaps and progress summaries to firm leadership
Deliver regular equity raise status updates to leadership and internal stakeholders
Support the Investor Relations team in maintaining investor records, tracking commitments, and ensuring compliance with firm policies
Collaborate cross-functionally and maintain a strong team-oriented mindset
Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive investor and financial information
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
13 years of professional experience in investor relations, private equity, financial services, or client-facing operations
Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and composure
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client‑first mindset and attention to detail in investor correspondence
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in an extremely fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
Ability to manage multiple investor relationships and transactions simultaneously without compromising accuracy or responsiveness
Comfortable working under tight deadlines and adjusting priorities quickly as deal timelines evolve
Demonstrated ability to problem‑solve independently while maintaining a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset
High sense of urgency, professionalism, and accountability – 100% attendance required
Consistent and reliable follow‑through on commitments and deliverables
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and CRM or investor portal systems
Performance Expectations
100% on‑time collection and execution of investor subscription documents
Daily capital commitment summaries delivered to leadership without delay
Consistent adherence to communication SLAs (24‑hour acknowledgment / 48‑hour resolution)
Proactive coordination with cross‑functional teams to anticipate and resolve issues before escalation
