About This Role: The Senior Enterprise Technology Administrator will serve as a primary subject matter expert and system owner for Crusoe’s core Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform, Acumatica. This role focuses on optimizing business processes across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance, driving operational excellence through system configuration, automation, and data integrity. The position partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure Crusoe’s enterprise systems operate efficiently, securely, and in alignment with company goals.

What You'll Be Working On:

Serving as a strategic owner and subject matter expert for the Acumatica ERP environment

Governing system stability, performance, and data integrity to ensure platform reliability

Leading system upgrades and deployments, including impact analysis, regression testing, and rollout coordination

Designing and maintaining workflows, business events, and data synchronization processes to improve automation and compliance

Supporting integrations between Acumatica and complementary systems (CRM, SCM, financial platforms, etc.)

Partnering with teams across Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Engineering, Production, and Accounting to translate business needs into system enhancements

Identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency within Acumatica

Managing the Business Systems Jira queue, ensuring timely handling of issues, access requests, and change tickets per SLA standards

Monitoring data quality and executing cleansing processes to maintain system accuracy

Creating and maintaining detailed documentation of configurations, workflows, and customizations

Developing and delivering structured training materials and sessions to improve system adoption and user proficiency

Maintaining current Acumatica certifications and technical knowledge through ongoing learning

What You'll Bring to the Team:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or a related field, or 5+ years of equivalent experience

Minimum of 5+ years in enterprise technology administration or systems implementation roles

Minimum of 3+ years of direct, hands‑on experience with Acumatica ERP as an administrator, implementer, or advanced user

Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and financial processes and workflows

Experience collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work full‑time onsite at Crusoe’s Tulsa, OK office

Compensation Range Compensation will be paid in the range of $97,000 - $117,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
