As Network Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain enterprise‑grade wireless networks. You will ensure optimal wireless performance, security, and scalability while supporting wireless and switching infrastructure. Your work directly supports business continuity, operational efficiency, and IT modernization.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Design, implement, and maintain enterprise wireless networks using Aruba and Cisco solutions
Understand networking protocols and technologies, including wireless and switching; install, configure, and maintain access points and switches
Monitor and optimize WLAN performance to ensure seamless connectivity and high availability
Troubleshoot complex wireless network issues using packet capture and RF analysis tools
Develop and maintain wireless network documentation, including configurations and procedures
Assist in knowledge transfer and training staff in implementations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of LAN/WAN
Collaborate with security teams to enforce wireless access control and compliance policies
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (or related field), or equivalent experience
10+ years' experience in:
Wireless network design, implementation, and troubleshooting
Aruba and Cisco wireless infrastructure (controllers, APs, authentication mechanisms)
WLAN protocol configuration and optimization
Enterprise‑grade IP network administration
VLAN segmentation, network security, NAC solutions (e.g., ClearPass)
YOU MAY ALSO HAVE
Desired Certifications: CCNA, Aruba ACMP, CWNA
Prior NOC Experience
Hands‑on work with controller and cloud‑managed wireless platforms
Advanced knowledge of 802.11 protocols, RF design, Ekahau, warehousing wireless environments
ROLE SPECIFICS
Travel – Occasional overnight travel for internal trainings and meetings; must be able to travel independently on all modes of transportation (car, plane, train).
