We are seeking a Senior Tax Manager specializing in Trusts & Estates to join a nationally respected mid‑size accounting firm. This role offers the chance to work with high‑net‑worth individuals, trusts, estates, and family offices, providing comprehensive tax planning, compliance, and advisory services. Key Responsibilities
Lead tax planning, compliance, and consulting for trusts, estates, and private clients Review complex tax returns for HNWIs, trusts, and estates Provide succession and estate planning strategies to clients Supervise and mentor a 7‑member tax team Maintain strong client relationships and deliver tailored advisory services Collaborate with partners and cross‑functional teams to expand client offerings Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field CPA or EA designation (required) 7 – 10+ years of public accounting experience in the U.S. Expertise in trust and estate taxation, private client services, and compliance Strong advisory, communication, and leadership skills Compensation & Benefits
Base salary $140K – $180K DOE Performance‑based bonus opportunities Full‑time, permanent leadership position Professional growth opportunities with a highly respected firm New York, NY (HQ) | New Jersey office (flexible)
