to lead its financial strategy and oversee all financial operations during a period of rapid expansion. Reporting directly to the
CEO , the CFO will drive profitability, ensure financial discipline, and help guide the company’s multi‑unit growth trajectory. This role requires a

for a strategic, growth‑oriented financial executive who wants to play a pivotal role in scaling a dynamic, mission‑driven hospitality brand poised for national success. Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Financial Leadership
Lead the development and execution of the company’s short‑and‑long‑term financial strategies. Partner with the CEO to shape growth planning, financial modeling, and capital structure. Support new concept development and expansion initiatives. Prepare and present financial insights to leadership, board members, and investors. Financial Operations & Governance
Oversee accounting functions (A/P, A/R, payroll, consolidations, compliance). Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and enforce strong internal controls. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management aligned with strategic goals. Partner with external advisors on tax, audit, insurance, and legal matters. Operational Finance & Business Intelligence
Implement and optimize financial systems, tools, and dashboards for data‑driven decision‑making. Partner with operations teams to improve cost structures while maintaining quality standards. Establish and monitor KPIs across all locations to ensure efficiency and profitability. Capital Management & Investor Relations
Oversee cash flow planning, debt/equity management, and investor communications. Support fundraising initiatives and develop financial models for potential investors. Maintain clear and transparent financial reporting to stakeholders and partners. Leadership & Team Development
Build and mentor a high‑performing finance and accounting team capable of scaling with growth. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, HR, Marketing, and Technology to ensure strong financial alignment. Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field ( MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred ) 5+ years in a CFO or senior finance leadership role
in hospitality, QSR, retail, or multi‑unit consumer brands Proven experience managing
multi‑entity financial operations
and driving scalable growth Expertise in
P&L management, cost control, and systems implementation Experience overseeing
compliance, HR, and legal functions
preferred Strategic thinker with excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a long‑term approach to growth and innovation Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary
$150,000 to $260,000 (based on experience) + Goal‑target
