Women of the Vine & Spirits Overview We are seeking a visionary and data-driven
BI/Strategy Analyst
to lead strategic analytics initiatives that drive commercial performance, support route-to-market (RTM) strategies, and enhance organizational decision-making. This role will serve as a key partner to Commercial Sales, Strategy, and Trade teams, providing actionable insights and performance frameworks that shape the future of our business. Primary Responsibilities
Strategic Analytics & Commercial Impact
Support the evaluation of RTM strategies and organizational structure to maximize market coverage and efficiency.
Analyze historical program performance and trends to guide future strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
Deliver real-time insights into program ROI and performance, enabling agile decision-making across commercial functions.
Business Intelligence Leadership
Support the input and management of programs across BI platforms.
Identify data/reporting/insight gaps and lead cross-functional efforts to implement scalable solutions.
Continue to support standardized reporting processes to ensure consistency and accuracy across national, regional, and state levels.
Performance Management & Sales Enablement
Support and implement performance management tools including KPI frameworks, compensation models, and incentive structures.
Provide Sales and Trade teams with data-driven roadmaps for execution, aligning customer opportunities with brand priorities.
Proactively model solutions to anticipated business challenges using predictive analytics and scenario planning.
Ad Hoc & Executive Reporting
Respond to leadership requests for custom reporting and analytics, delivering timely and accurate insights.
Create and maintain ad hoc queries and dashboards to support ongoing strategic initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Analytics, or related field
3+ years of experience in a corporate business analyst or strategy role
Physical Demands
Primarily office-based with extended periods of computer use
Occasional travel for field engagement and team collaboration
