Job Overview
The Marketing Data Lead will play a critical role in enabling data-driven marketing strategies by analyzing performance metrics, providing financial insights, and developing dashboards that measure marketing ROI and campaign effectiveness. This role bridges Finance, Marketing, and other commercial teams to optimize investments and drive business impact.
Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders across Brand, Marketing, Retail, Fleet, Network Development, and Mopar to identify information needs and deliver insightful marketing performance analysis.
Analyze marketing spend, campaign performance, and channel effectiveness to support financial planning and decision-making.
Build and manage interactive dashboards to monitor KPIs such as ROI, cost per lead, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
Translate data findings into clear narratives and recommendations for Finance and Marketing leadership.
Collaborate with Finance to align marketing performance insights with budget allocations, forecasts, and strategic objectives.
Continuously monitor data quality and ensure accuracy in marketing performance reporting.
Identify trends, opportunities, and risks in marketing performance data and proactively surface insights.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field.
8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, financial analysis, or business intelligence.
Proficiency in data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Strong Excel skills, including modeling and dashboarding capabilities.
Solid understanding of marketing KPIs, performance measurement, and financial impact.
Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Analytics, Marketing, or Finance, or related degree.
Experience in automotive, retail, or consumer-focused industries.
Knowledge of SQL or other data querying tools.
Experience integrating financial and marketing data to support ROI analysis and strategic decision‑making.
Proven ability to design scalable reporting solutions and automate routine analyses.
