The Head of Commercial Performance & Data Intelligence (Commercial Control Tower) will lead the design and execution of a data-driven strategy to enhance the performance of the Sales and Commercial organization. This newly created function, within the Sales & Marketing Finance organization, will serve as an

independent center of excellence , positioned outside of the Commercial organization to provide

objective insights, transparent performance reporting, and fact-based accountability .

This position will lead a team of 5 to transform data into actionable intelligence, identify growth opportunities, and guide strategic decision-making across key commercial domains through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data visualization.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and lead the Control Tower and Data Intelligence organization, defining its vision, operating model, and roadmap.

Design scalable data architecture and ensure data integrity across multiple commercial systems and sources.

Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics, AI tools, and automated models to identify opportunities and answer critical business questions.

Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) across sales, marketing, incentives, and other commercial levers.

Lead comprehensive Commercial Performance Monitoring

Defining and tracking KPIs such as share performance by nameplate/dealer, lead conversion rate, inventory turn rate, and dealer sales efficiency.

Monitoring live KPIs to identify underperformance and trigger corrective actions.

Tracking ROI of incentive campaigns, ensuring alignment between Business Center incentive actions and overall business strategy.

Measuring marketing effectiveness and campaign outcomes.

Providing regular performance dashboards and insights to the top management team.

Deliver independent performance assessments and ROI analyses to drive transparency and accountability.

Build interactive dashboards and tools to enable self-service analytics and continuous performance monitoring.

Partner with Brand, Marketing, Retail, Fleet, Network Development, MOPAR, Finance, and IT to align insights with business priorities.

Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that inform leadership decisions.

Lead and develop a high-performing team of data scientists, analysts, and business experts.

Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field;

10+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or commercial strategy roles.

Proven success leading analytics teams supporting commercial or sales organizations.

Expertise in predictive modeling, data visualization, and performance measurement.

Proficiency with BI and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, R, Snowflake).

Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
