to join our dynamic team at the Embassy Suites in Paradise Valley. You’ll represent our hotel with pride—building meaningful partnerships, exceeding sales goals, and driving revenue growth through creative strategies and exceptional customer service. What’s In It For You

Develop and grow transient and group business to achieve hotel revenue goals. Build strong client relationships through proactive sales efforts, account management, and creative problem-solving. Conduct site visits, sales calls, and presentations that showcase the best of our hotel and the Hilton brand. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. Collaborate closely with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations to ensure a seamless guest experience. Participate in industry events and brand programs to increase visibility and build partnerships. What We’re Looking For
2+ years of hotel sales or corporate travel management experience (Hilton or other brand experience preferred). A self-starter with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A positive, professional, and collaborative approach to teamwork. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
