The Opportunity As the first Enterprise Partnerships and Sales hire, you’re the hunter who brings Onboarded’s transformative AI-native compliance platform into large-scale employers and partner platforms. You’ll own full sales cycles—from pipeline creation to C-level negotiation—and shape GTM execution with solutions that convert multi-stakeholder complexity into scalable, revenue-driving simplicity.

Key Responsibilities Enterprise Deal Ownership

Manage full sales cycles: prospect, discovery, demos, pricing, contracts, and close.

Build and execute territory plans targeting staffing agencies, franchises, retail chains, and enterprise platforms.

Relationship & Stakeholder Engagement

Cultivate executive relationships at enterprise and partner orgs.

Navigate multi-threaded buying processes, influencing across functional and legal audiences.

Strategic & Consultative Selling

Collaborate with solutions engineering, product, and legal on tailored proposals and RFPs.

Use consultative storytelling to demonstrate ROI for compliance automation and candidate experience.

Pipeline & Forecast Management

Maintain high-quality pipeline, activity tracking, and forecasting in Salesforce.

Report business progress, territory trends, and potential GTM adjustments.

Account Expansion & Advocacy

Upsell and identify expansion paths within strategic accounts.

Serve as client advocate to feed user insights into product and GTM strategy.

Must‑Have Skills & Experience Sales Experience

5–7+ years enterprise SaaS sales closing experience; compliance, HRTech, or staffing domain is strongly preferred.

Quota Performance

Consistent record of exceeding enterprise revenue goals. Roles with long-cycle, multi-million dollar deals are a strong fit.

Executive Communication & Strategy

Executive presence with ability to engage and negotiate with C-suite stakeholders.

Strong consultative selling and strategic territory planning skills.

Technical Fluency

Comfortable with SaaS platforms, CRM systems (especially Salesforce), and integrations.

Exposure to compliance workflows and AI-Technologies for enterprise solutions is beneficial.
