We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to manage technical support and collaborate with development teams. This role involves taking specifications from business stakeholders, creating ServiceNow tickets, and providing solutions for development issues.

Responsibilities

Support web applications on both the frontend and backend (JavaScript, Angular, NodeJS, HTML, CSS, APIs).

Some understanding of cloud technologies is helpful (AWS).

Provide technical assistance to the development teams.

Ability to solve complex data problems (SQL).

Experience looking at existing code and providing insight.

Heavy communication with the development team to solve technical issues.

Qualifications

Previous experience working as an

Application Support Engineer .

Ability to understand and read the following coding languages: Java, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node, HTML, CSS, APIs, etc.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience collaborating with various stakeholders and development teams.

Ability to work remotely in CST or EST timezones.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
