Equifax is looking for the next bright mind to join our team as a Strategic Sourcing Analyst. As a key member of the Non-IT Sourcing team, the Analyst will support Equifax's success by reviewing, approving and processing Non-IT sourcing contracts and ensuring process efficiencies.
What You'll Do
Identify improvements across indirect categories (including, but not limited to non-IT professional services, physical and cyber security, etc.) and suggest new potential sourcing opportunities by analyzing total spend activities and suppliers data across BUs, COEs, regions and geographies.
Contribute to key sourcing and vendor governance projects and activities.
Liaison for internal and supplier stakeholders and address concerns and requests.
Ensure contract compliance and financial controls are upheld.
Support the wider procurement team across all spend to analyze current spend, vendor governance and on-boarding.
Review new and existing contracts and try to identify cost or service improvement opportunities.
Contribute to key sourcing, supplier selection and negotiations. Negotiate with new, existing and the company key supplier base.
Collaborate on Global Sourcing and Real Estate systems, identifying gaps and proactively recommending solutions.
What You Bring
2+ years of experience in procurement, contract analysis or similar a role.
Analytical thinking and problem solving.
Strong relationship building and collaboration skills.
What Could Set You Apart
Prior contract analysis specific to Non-IT sourcing.
Experience using Google Suite.
