Role Overview The Sourcing Analyst will play a critical role in supporting operational sourcing across the organization. You will ensure day-to-day sourcing requests are delivered reliably, accurately, and in alignment with category and enterprise strategy. This role demands a hands‑on approach and a focus on execution, with an emphasis on urgency, strong problem‑solving abilities, and the development of analytical and critical thinking skills.

What You’ll Do

Execute Sourcing Activities: Support and execute end‑to‑end sourcing tasks, including RFQs/RFPs, supplier evaluation, bid analysis, and contract renewals (especially for lower‑dollar, lower‑complexity categories). Build project pipelines, conduct market research, and support supplier performance reviews.

Supplier Due Diligence, Onboarding, and Management Compliance: Participate in supplier onboarding, documentation in tools and processes, and vendor due diligence. Monitor supplier adherence to service levels, contract terms, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Analyze Spend & Supplier Data/Research: Collect, analyze, and interpret spend data and supplier performance metrics, and create insights and reports for cross‑functional stakeholders. Conduct market research, benchmarking, and supplier discovery to inform sourcing decisions and identify cost‑saving opportunities.

Enable Stakeholders: Deliver responsive, service‑oriented support to internal stakeholders through the Sourcing Hub.

Manage & Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate terms and conditions for Master Agreements, Statements of Work, and SOWs with customers and suppliers. Work with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, validate assumptions, and manage expectations for sourcing requests. Flag risks, anomalies, or exceptions and elevate them appropriately.

Maintain Data & Tools: Maintain sourcing tools, contract databases, and records of supplier agreements, execution dates, stakeholder contacts, etc.

Drive Process Improvements: Contribute ideas and support efforts towards continuous process improvement across sourcing operations for tools, systems, templates, etc.
