Key Responsibilities
Perform and review general ledger accounting, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
Support month‑end and year‑end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Assist with financial statement preparation and analysis to support management decision‑making.
Help design and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to support a growing organization.
Partner with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to ensure accounting accuracy and efficiency across the business.
Manage multiple priorities and projects, maintaining attention to detail in a fast‑moving environment.
Leverage NetSuite to streamline workflows and improve reporting capabilities.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and special projects as the company scales.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or progress toward certification a plus.
3–6 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or product‑based environment.
Hands‑on experience with NetSuite ERP strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a solutions‑oriented, proactive approach.
Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively across teams.
Salary up to $95,000, depending on experience.
