Responsibilities
Outpatient Services Manager
at Coral Shores Behavioral Hospital is responsible for overseeing the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Duties include delivery and documentation of age‑specific psychotherapy and social services for patients, developing and maintaining outpatient policies and procedures, implementing outpatient education and therapy programs, providing efficient treatment planning and progress notes, and assisting patient families and referral sources with continuum of care from admission through discharge planning.
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Education, or Psychology/Counseling.
Licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), licensed mental health counselor (LMSW), licensed professional counselor (LPC), licensed mental health clinical counselor (LMHC), or licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) in Florida.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a psychiatric setting or related field and 3 years of management experience.
