Responsibilities
Coral Shores Behavioral Hospital is seeking a talented and dynamic Outpatient Services Manager to oversee our growing Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). The manager will deliver and document population‑specific psychotherapy and social services for patients in the PHP/IOP programs, develop and maintain outpatient policies and procedures, and manage outpatient education and therapy programs. Additionally, the manager will provide effective treatment planning and progress notes, and assist patient family members and referral sources with continuum of care from admissions through discharge planning.

Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Education Psychology, or Counseling
Licensed clinical social worker, counselor, or therapist in Florida (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a psychiatric setting and 3 years of management experience
