Sage
Content Marketing Manager
Job Description:
We’re hiring a Content Marketing Manager (B2B Content Writer) to create clear, persuasive copy that drives engagement and action. As part of our North America Content Marketing team, you’ll create and version content for our Partner Marketing Managers to use as co‑marketing assets that promote Sage Intacct and other Sage solutions through our software Value-Added Reseller (VAR) Partner.
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll plan, create, and version B2B content – such as playbooks, whitepapers, email campaigns, partner portal content, sales enablement guides, and blogs – to support these co‑marketing initiatives. You’ll work efficiently, using generative AI tools to scale production while maintaining high editorial quality.
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a strong storyteller who can translate complex software solutions into clear, actionable content – and if you enjoy optimizing processes to deliver value quickly.
Location This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week spent in our Atlanta office (Ponce City Market) and 2 days from home.
Requirements
5 years of experience in B2B software content marketing with strong content/copywriting experience.
Ability to provide relevant examples of B2B copy/content or partner co‑marketing/enablement.
Effective storytelling and copywriting skills, with an ability to tailor messaging for partners and co-branded campaigns.
Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and experience working with AI content tools as part of your workflow.
Ability to build trust with internal partner marketing teams, ensuring content meets the needs of multiple audiences.
Comfort managing multiple deadlines while maintaining editorial quality.
A strategic yet hands‑on approach, with a desire to create content that drives tangible impact.
Ideally, familiarity with partner ecosystems, VAR sales models, and SaaS/financial software markets.
Key Responsibilities
Own the development and execution of high-impact, multi-format content designed to enable Sage’s VAR (value-added reseller) Partners, including co‑marketing toolkits, campaign assets, and enablement content, leveraging existing campaign material.
Collaborate with Partner Marketing, Channel, and Product teams to align content with channel strategy and sales goals.
Version, write and edit a range of partner-facing and demand‑gen assets, including playbooks, blogs, whitepapers, email campaigns, partner portal content, and sales enablement guides.
Lead the conception and development of multimedia content (video, podcasts, webinars) for partner communications and training.
Leverage generative AI to scale production efficiently by streamlining drafting, repurposing, and ideation while ensuring quality, accuracy, and brand alignment.
Conduct light industry and partner research to ensure messaging resonates with North American VARs and their customers.
Contribute to editorial calendars, campaign planning, and performance reviews to continuously improve partner engagement content.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth production workflows and consistent messaging across all partner touchpoints.
Benefits
Competitive annual bonuses.
Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.
401(k) retirement match (100% matching up to 4%).
32 days paid time off (22 personal days & 10 national holidays).
18 weeks of paid parental leave (offered 1 year after the start date).
Work Away Program: Opportunity to work & play for 10 weeks from another country (Sage-approved list).
Sage Foundation: 5 days paid yearly to volunteer.
$5,250 tuition reimbursement per calendar year starting 6 months after the hire date.
Sage Wellness Rewards Program ($600 wellness credit and $360 fitness reimbursement annually).
