Position Overview
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of water and wastewater projects, including planning, design, permitting, and construction oversight. The role involves direct client engagement, team leadership, and strategic input into regional growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex water/wastewater infrastructure projects from concept through completion. Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and quality control. Serve as the primary liaison with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams. Support business development efforts, including proposal development and client presentations. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership across the practice. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering discipline (Master's preferred). Minimum of 10 years of experience in water/wastewater project management. Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.
