Adjunct Lecturer in Law – Cybersecurity & Cyber Crimes

Job Summary As an Adjunct Lecturer, you will teach the online Cyber Security & Cyber Crimes class from January through May 2026. The position requires approximately 10–15 hours of work per week, including instruction, timely grading of assignments, and communication with students.
Responsibilities
Develop and deliver course content for students enrolled in the Online LL.M., Online M.S.L., and various Online Certificate programs.
Teach the 2‑unit course with emphasis on cybersecurity threats, compliance frameworks, cybercrime legal issues, and the legal aspects of cyber risk across business sectors.
Grading of assignments and providing timely feedback.
Maintain accessibility and quality of online learning materials.
Participate in required faculty training programs (Harassment Prevention, Integrity and Accountability Code, Information Security, Workplace Violence Prevention, and additional trainings as needed).
Qualifications
Strong professional background in cybersecurity and cybercrime.
Preferred law school or online teaching experience.
Excellent communication and instructional skills.
Ability to develop and deliver engaging online content.

Compensation The base salary range for this position is $2,433.66 – $9,984.65 per semester. Compensation is based on factors such as scope and responsibilities, units per course, work experience, education, key skills, internal equity, and market considerations.
