Job Summary
The Supply Chain Services Supervisor provides supervision, direction, and support of assigned supply chain staff to meet established standards and goals for safety, productivity, supply chain activities, and quality. This role maintains responsibility for ensuring consistent, accurate, and efficient delivery of supplies and services to the facility departments via supervisory engagement. The supervisor participates in the oversight of semi‑annual inventory of warehouse/General Stores and facility supply areas, and leads the warehousing processes to maintain operational efficiency.
Essential Functions of the Role
Supervises assigned staff, including hiring, firing, performance evaluation, training, work allocation, and problem resolution.
Monitors and performs employee time and payroll and handles escalated issues from staff.
Leads all warehouse/General Stores processes, ensuring efficiencies in logistics and processes.
Identifies new opportunities for efficiencies, reports trends and irregularities to management, and develops corrective plans.
Participates in the development of short‑ and long‑range goals for the department, including budget, staffing, and system requirements.
Engages in special projects involving continuous improvement inside and outside the area of direct responsibility.
Oversees delivery of supplies to customer departments, maintains orderly work areas, resolves Lawson inventory control and open receiving reports, and ensures accurate documentation of supply distribution tracking.

Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Experience: 3 Years experience in supply chain or related field
Location Dallas, TX
Salary Range $65,000.00 – $80,000.00
