The Opportunity CACI is seeking outstanding IT candidates in support of the Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS) contract with the Department of the Air Force. CACI is leading the way in transforming IT services from an in‑house, base‑centric delivery model to an advanced enterprise service delivery model. CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self‑directed Enterprise ITSM PowerBI Developer. You are responsible for transforming complex ServiceNow and IT Service Management data into actionable visual intelligence through sophisticated dashboard development, enabling data‑driven decision‑making to optimize service delivery and operational performance.

Responsibilities Responsible for transforming ServiceNow and ITSM data into actionable business intelligence using Power BI. Designs data models, writes DAX formulas, and creates interactive dashboards visualizing key service metrics and KPIs. Extracts and transforms data, implements automated refreshes, and maintains governance standards. Requires deep knowledge of ServiceNow structure and ITSM processes and tools to represent critical metrics accurately.

Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards that visualize key ITSM metrics and KPIs from ServiceNow or other source data

Create complex data models and write DAX formulas to transform raw data into meaningful business intelligence

Implement automated data extraction, transformation, and refresh processes to ensure timely reporting

Collaborate across groups to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective visualizations

Maintain governance standards for BI assets while ensuring data accuracy, security, and proper access controls

Troubleshoot data connectivity issues and optimize dashboard performance for enterprise‑scale implementation

Document data models, dashboards, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and solution continuity

Implement row‑level security and establish proper data hierarchies to ensure appropriate information access across organizational roles

Required Qualifications

Ability to obtain/maintain DoD Secret Clearance

10+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience).

5+ years of experience developing Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models

2+ years working with ServiceNow data structures and ITSM processes

Proficiency with tools such as Power Query (M language), DAX, and SQL for transforming and shaping API‑delivered data.

Hands‑on experience creating and consuming REST APIs or OData endpoints to connect Power BI with external data sources.

Experience implementing data refresh mechanisms and gateway configurations

Desired Qualifications

An active DoD Secret or higher clearance

Experience supporting DoD or Department of the Air Force user environments

Familiarity with authentication methods used for API access (OAuth 2.0, API keys, Azure AD tokens, etc.).

ITIL v4 Foundation certification (or higher)

DoD 8570/8140 baseline certifications (e.g., Security+ CE, CASP+, CISSP, etc.)
