This is a rare and unique opportunity to join one of the fastest growing companies in the U.S. and play a key role in helping Integrity execute on its strategic vision. The attorney will report to the company’s Corporate Counsel and interact with business stakeholders and outside counsel to collaborate effectively across the organization and help the business identify and implement practical solutions to achieve its goals.

Duties

Draft, negotiate and review a wide range of agreements, including complex intellectual property licensing and sublicensing, supplier and vendor agreements, SaaS solutions, commercial leases, intercompany agreements, marketing agreements, carrier contracts, and other commercial transactions.

Develop and continually update playbooks that incorporate prior experience and industry best practices across key legal workstreams.

Support the implementation and customization of Integrity’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.

Act as the lead subject‑matter expert on contract‑related matters.

Work efficiently and collaboratively with internal stakeholders, other attorneys in the department, and outside counsel as directed.

Provide pre‑litigation legal support regarding commercial contract disputes, including assisting with vendor audits.

Develop, implement and oversee efficient, scalable approaches for providing legal support, including the innovative use of technology and workflow improvements and outside counsel management.

Continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of legal contract support within the company while maintaining the quality and consistency of contracts across the organization, following all applicable best practices, processes and procedures.

Requirements

JD from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.

4–7 years of transactional legal experience gained in a law firm and/or in‑house setting.

Admitted to Texas or licensed in another state in good standing and qualifying under Rule 5.05© of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct.

Ability to effectively represent, and interact with, internal clients and stakeholders on numerous contractual matters.

Extensive experience and passion for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements.

Familiarity with contract lifecycle management, related software and training/use of AI to expedite review and drafting.

Excellent knowledge of basic contract principles and laws pertaining to confidentiality, data security, privacy, intellectual property, etc.; knowledge of the insurance industry/HIPAA and related laws and regulations is a major bonus.

Possess a high level of professionalism and outstanding business judgment.

Extremely detail‑oriented.

Able to work in a fast‑paced environment with the ability to handle multiple, competing workloads with changing priorities to meet necessary deadlines and maintain a high level of customer service and responsiveness.

Motivated self‑starter with strong work ethic.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Great sense of humor, curiosity and a desire to learn.
