We are a nationally recognized, fast-growing RIA firm is seeking a Senior Tax Manager for our Fort Worth location to join our in-house tax team supporting high- and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. This role is ideal for tax professionals looking to step away from the grind of public accounting and into a more strategic, client-focused advisory position.
You’ll collaborate directly with financial advisors, estate planners, and clients to provide holistic, tax-forward strategies that align with each client’s long-term goals.

What You’ll Do
Oversee tax strategy and compliance for HNW / UHNW clients
Partner with wealth advisors and planning teams to deliver integrated tax solutions
Review and sign off on complex individual, trust, partnership, and estate returns
Participate in advanced planning related to charitable giving, equity comp, estate, and succession
Serve as a key thought partner for clients and internal stakeholders
What We're Looking For
8+ years of experience in public accounting, wealth management, or a family office
Strong background in HNW individual tax planning and compliance
CPA or JD required
Excellent communication skills and a client-first approach
