largest BMW retailers in the United States — is entering its next phase of growth and seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy across our expanding portfolio of dealerships and affiliated entities.
Our group includes BMW and MINI dealerships, along with a rapidly growing powersports division representing Kawasaki, Polaris, BRP, and Vespa, with
additional brands and facilities under development.
This is a unique opportunity to join a

What You’ll Do
Oversee all financial operations across multiple rooftops and entities (retail, real estate, reinsurance).
Drive strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Partner directly with ownership and executive leadership on growth initiatives and acquisitions.
Manage lender, manufacturer, and auditor relationships.
Ensure compliance with all financial, tax, and regulatory requirements.
Lead, mentor, and develop accounting teams across the group.
Continuously improve systems, controls, and processes for scalability and efficiency.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field ( CPA or MBA preferred )
10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in automotive retail or a multi‑entity organization
Deep understanding of dealership financial statements and manufacturer programs ( Tekion experience a plus )
Proven ability to manage cash flow, capital projects, and strategic growth
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with high integrity and sound judgment
