What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Analyze, design, implement, and maintain global Order‑to‑Cash solutions

Gather, analyze, and document business process requirements and gaps

Perform business process mapping using standard methodologies

Configure OTC functions and prepare Functional Specifications for enhancements

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Order to Cash processes

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field

5+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP S/4 HANA OTC modules

Minimum of 2 full S/4HANA end‑to‑end implementations

In‑depth knowledge of advancements in S/4 HANA OTC applications

Ability to travel up to 25%

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with Variant Configuration, Make‑to‑Order, Make‑to‑Stock, Engineer‑to‑Order process design and configuration

Experience with interfaces with Salesforce, Commerce Cloud, and other legacy systems

SAP certification
