Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment within S/4
Configure Service Management functions and prepare Functional Specifications for enhancements
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Service processes
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP Service Management
Experience with in‑house repair, Field Service, and Service Contract processes
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to travel up to 25%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
SAP certification is a plus
Experience with Salesforce Field Service is a plus
