We are a creative, wicked cool, fast-moving team focused on delivering high-quality visual experiences across digital and print platforms. We’re looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life through compelling, strategic design.

Position Overview The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and leading the creative execution of high-impact design initiatives that drive brand growth and engagement. This role combines strategic thinking with original creative expression — crafting compelling visual stories that elevate SEQUEL’s brands and deliver a consistent, authentic brand experience. The designer will operate with a high level of independence and creative authority, collaborating with leadership to shape the look, feel, and voice of the brand portfolio.

Key Responsibilities Creative Direction & Strategy

Define and lead the creative direction for campaigns and brand initiatives across SEQUEL’s portfolio.

Translate marketing goals and business objectives into original, visually compelling design concepts.

Develop and maintain brand identity systems and ensure visual consistency across all communications.

Present creative concepts and final deliverables to marketing leadership, franchise partners, and executive stakeholders.

Design & Concept Development

Produce high-quality visual assets, including campaign visuals, web and social content, digital advertising, packaging, and print collateral.

Create original illustrations, typography, and motion graphics that reflect the distinct identities of SEQUEL brands.

Lead the creative development of national and regional marketing campaigns, product launches, and franchise materials.

Leadership & Collaboration

Mentor and guide junior designers, freelancers, and external creative vendors to maintain high creative standards.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align creative output with strategic objectives.

Provide art direction for photoshoots, video production, and other creative projects.

Creative Oversight

Exercise independent judgment in determining overall aesthetic and design approach for key initiatives.

Recommend and implement new creative processes and design tools to enhance efficiency and innovation.

Stay ahead of design trends, visual culture, and emerging technologies relevant to brand storytelling.

Qualifications

2–5+ years of graphic design experience (in-house or agency).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Figma, and Google Suite.

Strong portfolio showcasing branding, layout, typography, and digital design work.

Excellent visual and conceptual skills with attention to detail.

Proven ability to independently direct creative projects from concept through completion.

Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have Tools & Platform Experience

Experience with motion graphics, animation, video editing, photography

Understanding of print production processes.

Experience working within brand systems or building them from scratch.

Experience working in a franchise system.

Ability to pivot and smile when given a last minute request comes up.
