Graphic Designer with 5 years of experience in marketing or advertising agency and in-house teams.
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a Fortune 500 consumer services company to expand its marketing team with a versatile and imaginative Graphic Designer.
In this role, you’ll create compelling visuals for digital and print channels, collaborating with a cross-functional team and bringing strategic marketing concepts to life through creative design. You’ll shape the look and feel of one of America’s recognizable brands.
What You’ll Do
Create high-quality, on-brand digital and print assets, including website banners, social media graphics, display ads, brochures, infographics, email templates, in-store signage, and promotional materials. Collaborate with marketing, digital, and product teams to translate campaign strategies into effective visual communications. Maintain consistency and integrity of the brand in all creative outputs. Participate in creative brainstorms, ideate concepts, and contribute to campaign development. Prepare and optimize design files for digital publication and print production. Manage multiple design projects, prioritize work, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Stay current with design trends, digital best practices, and emerging technologies. Assist with image assets, retouching, and light video editing as needed. Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related. 5+ years of professional design experience including agency and in-house experience. A strong portfolio that demonstrates creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and versatility across digital and print channels. Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, branding, and accessibility. Strong time management, collaborative skills, and ability to iterate designs efficiently. Familiar with HTML/CSS for digital production. Figma, Sketch or XD experience is a plus but not required. Experience supporting multi-location retail, ecommerce or service environments. Knowledge of print production preparation and print processes. Basic video/motion graphics or illustration capabilities. Experience editing photos and asset management tools. Benefits
