Lead the PIM/DAM strategy and operations, combining strategic oversight with hands‑on technical expertise. This role manages both the strategic direction and day‑to‑day technical execution of product information management and digital asset management initiatives.

Develop and execute PIM/DAM strategy aligned with business objectives

Define data governance policies and digital asset management standards

Lead system selection, implementation, and optimization initiatives

Manage team performance and professional development

Collaborate with C-level executives on digital transformation initiatives

Team Management

Supervise Product Information Specialist and Product Team Administrative Assistant

Allocate resources and prioritize team workload

Conduct performance reviews and provide mentorship

Establish team KPIs and success metrics

Time management and organizational skills

Advanced System Management

Configure and optimize PIM/DAM platform settings and workflows

Develop and maintain complex data transformation rules

Create automated workflows for asset processing and data syndication

Troubleshoot technical issues and system integrations

Architect data flows and system integrations

Data Quality And Governance

Implement data quality standards and validation rules

Conduct regular data audits and cleanup initiatives

Develop reporting dashboards and analytics

Manage complex product attribute structures and taxonomies

Oversee military insignia certification tracking and compliance management

Ensure certification renewal timelines are met for all military products

Project Execution

Lead medium to large-scale PIM/DAM projects

Coordinate system integrations with e-commerce and ERP platforms

Manage product launches and seasonal catalog updates
