Influential, is looking for an experienced

Vice President, Account Management . As the client solutions point of contact for a portfolio of clients, this role is responsible for partnering with our sales leaders to deliver exceptional client opportunities, campaigns, and business outcomes. They are responsible for collaborating to build strong client relationships and develop organic growth through campaign success, innovation, and through the development of opportunistic ideas. We're looking for a dynamic leader who has had past success fostering strong relationships with both clients and internal teams. Critical to the role will be strong leadership skills in motivating a diverse, fast moving team.

In general, on a typical day you will:

Partner with the revenue lead to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts

Be responsible for ensuring that the portfolio team has the appropriate staffing allocation across our capabilities in strategy & analytics, account management, performance media, creator partnerships & campaign management, etc.

Serve as the client advocate to ensure the portfolio team has the necessary information/briefing, and awareness of KPIs to scope and complete a project, on schedule and on budget, including client program goals, product knowledge, and best practices

Drive vertical/category leadership opportunities in RFPs and opportunistic ideas

Lead and engage portfolio team across clients and campaigns, working collaboratively to drive programs that meet the client's performance and business objectives

Drive adoption of stated client solutions best practices through example setting and positive reinforcement

Monitor and track client's performance objectives for all their existing initiatives to ensure program goals are being met/exceeded

Act as a point of contact on client accounts, manage client escalations, and solve issues as appropriate

Work with internal team to ensure the client develops trust in the portfolio team by overseeing client outputs and communication

Ability to see the big picture by thinking conceptually, imaginatively, and systematically addressing potential challenges and optimizing opportunities

Collaborate with other departments, including Revenue, Execution, and Operations to address client needs and scale the business to meet long term company goals

Lead process improvements, ensuring efficiency, build value for the organization by proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks to the business

Maintain and expand working knowledge of research products, industry trends, and competitive set as they relate to the client's business

Manage monthly billing reconciliation process with Account Management and Finance teams

Being a Vice President, Account Management requires:

8 - 10+ years of experience working in a digital or advertising environment required

5-10+ years of experience working with luxury brands

Excellent engagement and negotiation skills across client management, expectation management, and conflict resolution

Experience and/or aptitude for working in a startup environment

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and priorities with discretion

Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to interact professionally with external and internal clients

Thrives within a dynamic and evolving environment, competent at generating process and structure as needed to best activate the team

Knowledgeable of all major social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube

Insatiable curiosity and drive to learn and stay up to date on the latest trends and innovations in the social, influencer, and commerce space

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

East coast preferred

Salary range: $170,000 - $190,000
