Description Overview The

Revenue Growth Management Associate Director (RGM)

leads strategy to drive sustainable revenue and margin growth across Perrigo’s North American business. This role delivers data‑driven insights to optimize pricing, trade, and promotions, while partnering cross‑functionally to deploy commercial tools, dashboards, and models that support strategic decisions.

Scope of the Role

Lead and manage the RGM team, driving strategy development in alignment with brand and portfolio priorities across key categories.

Integrate RGM thinking into category & customer plans, innovation pipelines, and customer engagement, supporting commercial execution with tools and KPIs.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with IT, Customer teams, and global RGM partners to deploy analytics solutions and scale best practices.

Support retailer engagement by partnering with Customer teams to deliver insights that enhance selling stories and drive growth.

Support the development of RGM toolkits and playbooks that enable effective execution across customers and channels, incorporating trade investment guidelines, tailored commercial plans, and cross‑functional input.

Serve as an RGM thought leader by staying ahead of industry trends, sharing insights across the organization, and actively participating in conferences and forums to identify and apply best practices.

Experience Required

8–10 years in analytics, commercial strategy, RGM, or commercial finance. CPG experience preferred.

Proven expertise in RGM strategy development, including pricing, promotion, trade investment, and pack architecture across multiple channels and customer segments.

Strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills, with experience guiding teams through complex commercial planning and execution processes.

Deep understanding of data analytics and financial modeling, with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategies and influence senior stakeholders.

Strong understanding of North American retail dynamics and customer formats.

Technical Expertise

Proficiency in RGM principles and levers, including pricing, mix, and promotional effectiveness.

Ability to synthesize data into insights that drive commercial decision‑making.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling; experienced with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau to translate insights into actionable strategies.

Collaboration & Communication

Proven ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and drive alignment on strategic initiatives across Sales, BI, Marketing, and Finance.

Skilled in translating complex data and commercial insights into compelling narratives for executive‑level audiences.

Experienced in leading collaborative workshops and cross‑functional planning sessions to co‑create strategies.

Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of building trust and credibility across diverse teams and organizational levels.

Able to navigate ambiguity and foster collaboration in fast‑paced, matrixed environments.
