The Revenue Growth Management Manager (RGM) will support strategy to drive sustainable revenue and margin growth across Perrigo’s North American business. This role delivers data‑driven insights to optimize pricing, trade, and promotions, while partnering cross‑functionally to build and deploy commercial tools, dashboards, and models that inform strategic decisions. Scope of the Role

Develop targeted RGM strategies across all five pillars (price, mix, ppa, promo, trade terms) by delivering actionable analytical insights that support customer and/or brand priorities across OTC, Infant Formula, and Oral Care portfolio. Collaborate cross‑functionally to integrate RGM principles into category plans, innovation pipelines, and customer engagement strategies to enhance commercial effectiveness. Build and implement frameworks, tools, and KPIs that enable consistent execution and performance tracking across commercial initiatives. Support deployment and implementation of analytics solutions by collaborating cross‑functionally with IT, Customer teams, and global RGM partners. Synthesize complex analytical outputs into clear, compelling narratives and visualizations to inform and influence internal and external decision makers. Experience Required

5+ years in analytics, commercial strategy, RGM, or commercial finance. CPG experience preferred. Demonstrated experience developing and managing complex financial models. History of cross‑functional collaboration to address and solve complex commercial and business challenges through shared problem‑solving and strategic alignment. Understanding of North American retail dynamics and customer formats. Technical Expertise

Understanding of RGM principles and levers, including pricing, mix, and promotional effectiveness. Ability to synthesize data into insights that drive commercial decision‑making. Collaboration & Communication

Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with the ability to work across Sales, BI, Marketing, and Finance teams. Clear and effective communicator with experience presenting insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders. Comfortable operating in both digital and traditional retail environments. Benefits
