Fluent in English and Spanish Job Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience providing IT infrastructure field support: troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and operating system issues while respecting hardware warranties and customer security compliance. Experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing desktops, printers, laptops, and other computer peripherals, and related desktop applications. Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN and WAN setups and concepts; ability to perform smart hand tasks under instruction. Ability to lift/move computer equipment up to 50 lbs. Expertise in desk‑side support and PC break/fix; basic administration of Windows, Mac, and Linux OS (preferred). Proficient with TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP. Smart‑hand support for peripheral and networking hardware (monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, fax machines, scanners, routers, wireless routers, switches, firewalls, racks, cabinets, etc.). Strong troubleshooting and deductive reasoning skills for resolving network and cabling issues. Experience with repeat call analysis and developing preventive actions. Experience in problem management. Excellent written and oral communication skills with clients and management. Ability to meet deadlines and work proactively with a sense of urgency. Preferably holds an Associate Degree in Electronics and CompTIA A+ certification. May have vendor certifications from OEMs (Dell, Toshiba, Lenovo, etc.). Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, etc. Must Haves
