Description of the role: Fatboiz is looking for a skilled Sous Chef to join our team in McDonough, GA. As a Sous Chef in our high-volume gourmet kitchen, you will play a key role in assisting the Head Chef with all aspects of food preparation and kitchen operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in creating and executing menu items
Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff
Ensure all food preparation meets quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Monitor inventory and control food costs
Help develop new recipes and menu items
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume gourmet kitchen
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Culinary degree or equivalent experience
Knowledge of food safety regulations
