The Opportunity We're seeking an exceptional

Product Marketing Lead

to define and drive our product marketing strategy as we scale within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-impact technology company in a major growth stage, where you'll own the entire product marketing function and directly influence how the market understands and adopts our platform.

What You’ll Do

Define and execute GTM strategies to drive awareness, demand, and adoption.

Craft positioning and messaging for BD, Licensing, and S&E teams.

Lead product launches and integrated campaigns.

Align with Sales and Product on personas, buyer journeys, and value props.

Use market and customer insights to guide strategy.

Conferences & Events

Own strategy for key industry events (BIO, Biotech Showcase, partnering).

Manage booth presence, speaking ops, and networking initiatives.

Create high-impact collateral and demos; drive post-event pipeline conversion.

Campaigns & Content

Develop case studies, ROI stories, and sales enablement tools.

Collaborate with design for clear, engaging marketing assets.

Ensure brand consistency and thought leadership across all touchpoints.

Equip Sales to articulate value and close deals.

Maintain competitive intelligence and customer insights.

Train teams on messaging, positioning, and new releases.

Track performance and optimize GTM effectiveness.

Who You Are Essential Qualifications

8+ years

of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or healthcare technology

Experience marketing to pharmaceutical, biopharma, or life sciences audiences (BD, R&D, or commercial functions)

Proven track record developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies and product launches

Strong understanding of complex, technical products and ability to translate features into business value

Demonstrated success building marketing campaigns that generate measurable pipeline and revenue impact

Experience with conference planning, event marketing, and field marketing strategies

Design skills or experience working closely with designers

MBA or advanced degree in business, marketing, or life sciences

Track record building marketing functions at early-stage companies
